MA265 Methods of Mathematical Modelling 3 - Teaching Support
Undergraduate course, University of Warwick, Mathematics Institute, 2025
I provided teaching support for MA265 Methods of Mathematical Modelling 3.
This course focused on developing students’ skills in formulating and analyzing mathematical models for real-world problems. Topics included model construction, dimensional analysis, perturbation methods, and numerical techniques for solving complex mathematical problems.
My responsibilities included facilitating weekly problem-solving sessions, providing personalized feedback on assignments, and offering additional support during office hours. I helped students bridge the gap between abstract mathematical concepts and their practical applications.
Drawing on my research experience in physics-based Li-ion battery modelling and computational fluid dynamics, I provided students with insights into how mathematical modelling is applied in current scientific research and industrial contexts.
